Not sure this is right to announce this but basically I get digestive editions sometimes and am wondering what the hell is label it.

Today~ Bloated after watermelon~ Then ate nuts with diced tomato and fresh salad greens and avocado~ then came Leaky farts( poop farts basically) What else I gobble today … Probiotic pill. nuts. larabar. lily-white toast with tuna salad and avocado. some gluten free cookies
I considered perhaps it’s Fodmaps but I went leaky farts from popcorn before and popcorn is low fodmap. Btw the leaky fart doesn’t happen often. But bloating happens somewhat often. Perhaps I’m sensitive to fiber? Gluten intolerance?( but I scarcely feed gluten)
