Quick and Easy Lamington Jars
1/2 bowl raspberries* 1 heaped tablespoon 100% raspberry outcome spread **
1 cup coconut milk 1/2 teaspoon centralized natural vanilla extract 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/4 bowl chia grains
1 tablespoon cacao or chocolate 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablepoon coconut oil, liquid
