Lemon and Macadamia Slice Base 12 medjool years 2 1/2 beakers desiccated coconut 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 tablespoon coconut paste 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of salt
2 cups macadamias 1/3 beaker maple syrup zest and liquor of one lemon 3 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid 1 teaspoon vanilla
Line a 20 cm square cake tin with broiling paper hanging over the sides for easy removal. Arrange the basi ingredients into your processor and mix until the combine resembles a fine, sticky dab. Pulp the combine firmly into the base of your prepared tin. Place the macadamias into your processor and coalesce until they constitute a smooth glue. Add in the remaining ingredients and fusion until the smorgasbord is smooth. Swarm the concoction over the cornerstone, level the top and lieu in the fridge or freezer to list. Slice. Serve. Eat and experience.
